我工作的核心在于致力于加强塑造幼儿早期发展的机构。当这些机构变得更加健康、更具韧性时，它们就能更好地服务于儿童和家庭，并产生持久的影响。当这些体系发展壮大时，无数儿童的未来也将随之提升。
作为圣地亚哥儿童探索博物馆的首席执行官，我领导了博物馆的战略和文化转型，并始终倡导“神圣游戏是人类学习和发展的核心”这一理念。我曾在TEDx演讲中分享过这一观点，并强调想象力和好奇心是成长、联结和归属感的必要动力。
