About BubbleThink: Where Curiosity Lifts Strategy & Imagination Leads
At BubbleThink, we are relentlessly curious - about people, systems, and what’s possible when organizations are given the space to think differently. We LOVE ideas, questions, and new ways of seeing. At the same time, we care deeply about execution. Strategy matters only when it leads to action, progress, and measurable results.
We work at the intersection of organizational strategy, leadership development, and real-world delivery. That means thinking big and zooming all the way in - helping organizations clarify direction while also focusing on what needs to get done, by whom, and how success will be measured. We’re as comfortable in the room shaping vision as we are rolling up our sleeves to support implementation, capacity building, and follow-through.
Our approach is highly collaborative. We work with you, not at you. We listen deeply, partner closely, and bring both intellectual rigor and genuine humanity to the work. We’re innovative and willing to experiment, guided by systems thinking, curiosity, and a belief that growth comes from trying, learning, and adapting together!
We are possibility- and growth-minded. We help leaders and teams see beyond constraints, build confidence through momentum, and move through organizational transformation with clarity, focus and heart. And yes, we absolutely love to play.
Play keeps us open, creative, and connected. It reminds us that the best work happens when people feel in flow, open hearted, involved, trusted and energized.
That’s who we are: thoughtful, practical, curious, collaborative, and deeply committed to helping organizations grow - with purpose, intention, and a sense of joy along the way.

As Jason Silva describes it, this is “the spark that becomes the big bang of a new idea.” That threshold where clarity expands and possibility ignites is where I love to work.

Meet Krishna
Hi, I’m Krishna - a strategist, storyteller, and systems thinker drawn to early childhood, the period of fastest brain development in human life, when play becomes the most powerful pathway for learning. It’s where curiosity takes root, and where cognitive, emotional, social, and imaginative capacities are formed together — shaping how we think, connect, and make meaning in the world.
Over time, everything in my life has quietly pointed me here: strategy and storytelling, systems thinking and play, curiosity and care - all converging in work that supports children, families, and the organizations that serve them.
For more than twenty years, I’ve worked across global consulting, organizational strategy, and innovation - partnering with leadership teams across nearly every region of the world to navigate complexity, growth, and transformation. I’m energized by work that bridges big-picture thinking and real-world execution, helping organizations move from insight to clarity, momentum, and measurable progress.
BubbleThink brings together my deepest passions: strategy, imaginative thinking, collaboration, play, and working alongside organizations that serve children and families. Previously, as CEO of Children’s Museum of Discovery, I led strategic and cultural transformation while championing the idea that sacred play sits at the center of human learning and development - a perspective I later shared in a TEDx talk.
I’m also developing a documentary series, The Play Instinct in partnership with the National Institute of Play which explores play as a fundamental human trait - a biological, cultural, and creative force that shapes how we learn, adapt, and evolve across the lifespan.
I’m known for seeing patterns others miss, asking questions that open new possibilities, and creating calm, playful spaces where insight can surface and take shape. From there, the work becomes practical and precise - translating clarity into smart strategy, focused action, and tangible results. I help teams work intelligently, align around what matters most with momentum - turning imagination into execution and possibility into progress.
Let's Get in Touch

What It's Like Working With Us.
Krishna is an exceptional strategist and transformational leader. During her tenure as CEO of the Children's Discovery Museum, where I served on the board, she achieved remarkable results in a short time—turning around a financially struggling organization from dangerously in the red to solidly in the black. Beyond the financial turnaround, she built and developed an outstanding senior leadership team and forged strategic partnerships that positioned the Museum for long-term growth. Krishna has a rare gift for identifying organizational gaps and creating clear paths from struggle to success. She is one of the most impressive leaders I've had the privilege to work with, and I would welcome the opportunity to collaborate with her again.

Working with Krishna is grounding and energizing at the same time. She combines intelligent strategic thinking with creativity and courage, helping others see what’s possible and how to get there.

Krishna's prowess in her work emerges from an uncommon source - elegantly weaving together contradictions. She is thoughtful and intuitive. She is fierce and gentle. She is strategic and operational. She is market focused and process focused. She is caring and rational. Too often consultants and experts become myopic in their singular view and approach. Krishna is not myopic, she is integrated. Every time I engage with Krishna I feel energized and satisfied. And I am utterly confident that her guidance and expertise are trustworthy, steadfast, and intended for my success and achievement - like her guidance on our business strategy and go to market approach.
